Our Shan Tuyet wild tea is harvested from ancient wild trees that have never been treated with chemicals — it's beyond organic in the truest sense, though not formally certified. Our lotus green tea and botanical evening blend are grown and gathered using traditional, low-chemical highland practices. We're pursuing formal organic certification and batch testing (heavy metals, pesticides) as the business scales, and will publish results here when we have them.

Two are completely caffeine-free: our Unwind & Rest evening blend (chamomile, lotus petal and pandan), made for the hours before sleep, and Roasted Chicory Root — a caffeine-free coffee alternative you can enjoy any hour, rich in prebiotic inulin. Shan Tuyet is naturally low in caffeine with calming L-theanine, and Lotus Green is a gently caffeinated green tea for daytime clarity.

All Alchemy teas and blends have a minimum shelf life of 18 months from production date, sealed. Once opened, we recommend enjoying within 3–4 months and storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — though at the rate most people go through them, this hasn't been an issue.
